Deposit now pay later
For this year's fireworks season, we are introducing a deposit payment option.
We understand that buying fireworks early in the year for bonfire night, is not financially beneficial, especially if you have to wait months to get your fireworks, even more so if most of your order isn't even in the country yet.
With this in mind, we are introducing a deposit option for bonfire night orders only, and for orders that will begin shipping or are ready for collection from 10th October. This option will only be available until 1st September. To make use of this option, once you have chosen your fireworks, head to the checkout as normal. At the checkout, you will see a payment option called Bonfire Night Orders, by choosing this option, you will checkout without any money being taken.
Once we have received your order, we will allocate the stock to you and send you an invoice for 10% of your order, excluding any delivery charges. This invoice must be paid within 7 days via BACS payment until this invoice is paid, your order is pending. If not we will automatically cancel the order and you will no longer be allowed to use this payment option in the future. You may, if you wish, make additional payment as and when, and we will allocate it to your account.
The balance of the order, including any delivery charges is due 1st October. We will send you an invoice for the balance, together with a statement showing all payments received. This invoice must be paid no later than the 7th of October, otherwise, the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. We will of course send you a reminder email before the 7th if still unpaid.
Please note that NO orders placed on this payment option will be shipped, or made available for collection until the total balance, including any delivery charges, is paid for in full.
If a Pre-Order firework is late arriving in the country and past the date required (bear in mind all orders are for dispatch or collection AFTER 10th October) or fails to arrive, unfortunately it does happen, we will either offer a replacement of equal or greater value. Should this not be acceptable, we will refund either part or the deposit in full depending what is required.
Amending or cancelling your order
Your order can be amended at any time, but please note we will NOT refund any deposit monies if items are removed, unless the remaining order value is less than the deposit paid, in that case, we will refund any overpayment after the order value and any delivery charges have been taken into account.
If you decide to cancel your order before 1st September, we will refund all monies paid towards the order. If the order is cancelled between 1st and 30th September, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited, if any additional monies have been paid over the deposit value, this will be refunded. Any order cancelled after 1st October, the deposit will be forfeited in full, and additional monies over and above the deposit payment will be returned. This is because we may lose sales as we have allocated your stock, preventing us from selling it.
