Making a Purchase
Our
website has been designed and structured to make your online purchase
as easy as possible. The prices quoted on this site are specific to web
orders only and may differ from our retail shop prices. All prices
quoted are in UK£.
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any
items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have
finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a
few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When
confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we
have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists
between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a
contract between us, when we send you confirmation of a delivery date.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has
been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we
are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In
the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to
ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
In busier periods our stock holding may decrease quicker than our website updates. In the event that we are unable to dispatch a product due to unavailability, we will contact you to advise you and may offer an alternative at a similar price or may offer you a dearer product at discounted price to complete your order. In the event that our alternative is unacceptable we will issue a refund for that item, though the removal of the product may increase delivery charges due to revised invoice value.
Shipping and Handling
Pre-Orders
Where an item is designated as Pre-Order, we will not ship out the order until it is complete, so please be aware that one pre-order item will delay delivery of the total order. Where it becomes apparent that a pre-order item will not arrive in time for the delivery date specified, we will contact you and offer you either an alternative or refund the item in question.

Nobody in our organisation ever has
access to your card details. We are only ever supplied with the type of
card that you placed your purchase with, and the last 4 digits of your

Cancellation
In the event that an order is placed and paid for on our website, at that point we will allocate and pick your order.. If you need to cancel your order we require it in writing to sales@thefireworkstore.co.uk indicating your order reference. In the event that your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to get the goods back to us.

Returns Policy
We offer a full Refund policy providing the following conditions are met.
1.
We must be notified with 24 hours of receipt and goods must be returned
to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us first to
receive a returns authorisation number. Goods will not be accepted
without this number.
2. Goods must be intact with all packaging. The goods must be shipped back to us in the same condition as it was received.
3. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs incurred.
4.
It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us. Please
note that Fireworks MUST be shipped via a specialist carrier and NOT by
normal shipping methods should you wish us to use our specialised
courier we will gladly provide a quotation for collection which must be
paid prior to any collection.
5. We aim to process returns within
7 days of receipt and will refund any monies due only to the same
payment method and card used in checkout.
6. Where a return is
received outside out conditions, it will be deemed as in "Dispute".
Items in "Dispute" will not refunded and a reason supplied. These goods
will be returned at the customers expense.
