We all know that buying fireworks is fun and a lot of people start buying early, BUT.. parting with your hard earned money in July for Bonfire Night, maybe isn’t something you want to do. However when you get closer to the time of buying that firework or that deal has gone and you’ve missed out.
So, here at The Firework Store, we’re going to help. Place your order on our website for collection or delivery as you would normally. When you get to the Checkout you’ll be presented with the option to pay in full OR pay a deposit of 10%.
There a quite a few lines on the website currently that are “awaiting delivery” so it could be August/September before they’re available. Whichever option you choose you’ve secured your order and fireworks.
If you’ve chosen the Deposit option then please be aware of the following. Upon checkout you will be billed for 10% of the total order value. At this point you have reserved your fireworks for either, (a)when you require them or (b)when they become available on pre-order items. Once we receive your order we will send you out a separate statement of account and estimated delivery/stock availability date. Please note, unless you’re paying on collection from the shop, all payments must be cleared 5 working days before dispatch of your order.
Once we have all your items in stock or approaching your requested delivery date we will contact you for the balance of your payment. You can, if you wish make regular payments as and when you wish off your account.
The preferred method of payment is BACS payment to our business bank account, or for collection of goods cash or card payments in the shop are acceptable.
Once the balance is cleared then we can arrange delivery or collection of your order.
No goods will be shipped or collected unless any outstanding balances are cleared.
We do not charge ANY extra for this option.
Cancellation of Deposit orders
You have 14 days to change or alter your order. Once this term has passed if you cancel your order you lose any deposit we’ve received. If you wish to swap any of the items you’ve ordered we reserve the right to charge an additional 15% of the replacement items on top of your deposit and that portion of your deposit, relating to the swapped lines, is forfeited.
If we cannot fulfil the order due to issues or lack of stock, we will offer alternative products of an equal or greater value. If this is not acceptable then we will issue a full refund and cancel any outstanding order. Please note this will be the whole order, not individual items.
