Making A Purchase
Our website has been designed and structured to make your online purchase as easy as possible. The prices quoted on this site are specific to web orders only and may differ from our retail shop prices.Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments and these are deals with over an SSL secure connection to ensure your details are kept secure.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We endeavour to ship goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment, unless a delivery date is requested. Where 2 day shipping is required, providing the order is received within the timescale laid out within the shipping option, we will dispatch the following day.Due to the nature of transportation of Fireworks we heavily subsidise the transportation costs and the price charged to the customer is not a true representation of the true cost. We therefore have to zone the Firework deliveries and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping charges are paid on checkout. we will not be held responsible for delays in shipping due to incorrect shipping charges.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date, based on information provided to us by the carriers. It is important that there is someone over the age of 18 in to accept the delivery. Should the carriers find no-one in to accept the order, they will take the parcel away and re-deliver, this will incur an additional charge of £15. This is passed on to us by the carriers.If an order is returned to us by the carriers, we will deduct any additional carriage charges incurred and a 20% re-stocking fee. Any remaining monies will be refunded.
To aid in the cost of shipping, we will include fireworks to the value £30.00 when a customer spends over £350 (excluding the carriage). We will choose the fireworks and they will be calculated at our prices as shown on the website, excluding any special offers. We may include product that isn't on our website, but we will use the shop value rather than any applicable RRP.
Delivery Schedule
All customers will be advised of dispatched via email and be advised of any tracking numbers.We will always require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that there is someone available to receive and sign for the parcel.
We try our best to comply with a customers delivery requierments and if you require goods delivered within another timeframe not laid out on this schedule, please don'y hesitate to phone us and we will be more than happy to confirm details.
We can't be held responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect delivery options on checkout. Orders returned to us via our carrier as undelivered due to no-one in. We will deduct any additional fee's charged to us via the carrier together with a 25% re-stocking fee. Any remaining monies will be refunded.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, it should become available to order during your shopping experience.Where an item can be ordered, you will be forwarded to our enquiry form. Please complete the form with all the relevant details and send it to us. We will check availability and delivery schedules to ensure we can comply with your request.
If we can fulfill your order within your time scale we will contact you and you will have the option to purchase the item as a forward order.

Returns Policy
We offer a full Refund policy providing the following conditions are met.1. We must be notified with 24 hours of receipt and goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us first to receive a returns authorisation number. Goods will not be accepted without this number.
2. Goods must be intact with all packaging. he goods must be shipped back to us in the same condition as it was received.
5. Unfortunately we cannopt refund shipping costs incurred.
6. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us and we strongly recommend using an insured service with a signature on delivery.
7. We aim to process returns within 7 days of receipt and will refund any monies due only to the same payment method and card used in checkout.
8. Where a return is received outside out conditions, it will be deemed as in "Dispute". Items in "Dispute" will not refunded and a reseon supplied. These goods will be returned at the customers expense.
9. All goods supplied are sold with a 30 day guarantee. You may return faulty goods for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
