Returns Information

We offer a full Refund policy providing the following conditions are met.

1. We must be notified with 24 hours of receipt and goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us first to receive a returns authorisation number. Goods will not be accepted without this number.
2. Goods must be intact with all packaging, accessories, hangers and must be un-worn. The goods must be shipped back to us in the same condition as it was received.
3. Where items are dispatched in sealed packages, or costumes contain sealed packages, they must be returned with the sealed packages unopened. We will not process refunds where sealed packages have been opened under any circumstances.
4. Due to hygene we are unable to refund purchases of underwear, stockings, socks, tights, teeth, contact lenses, wigs, eyelashes, false nails cannot be refunded, unless faulty
5. Unfortunately we cannopt refund shipping costs incurred.
6. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us and we strongly recommend using an insured service with a signature on delivery.
7. We aim to process returns within 7 days of receipt and will refund any monies due only to the same payment method and card used in checkout.
8. Where a return is received outside out conditions, it will be deemed as in "Dispute". Items in "Dispute" will not refunded and a reseon supplied. These goods will be returned at the customers expense.
9. All goods supplied are sold with a 30 day guarantee. You may return faulty goods for a refund or exchange. THis does not affect your statutory rights.
